This morning I got up and got on the scale...good improvement...-1lb! Good start to my recommitment!
Then I was like ok, lets take measurements. Not so good. I definitely have something to look forward to losing (about 10 inches) in these next months!
Yesterday Geiner and I went for a power walk. We walked from my house to little store at the top of my town (I normally walk it in 30 mins...super slowly, so I dont sweat) and its all uphill in....16 MINUTES!
I also stopped and did some jumping jacks along the way to mix it up alittle bit! I got to use my heart rate monitor, and while I only burned 200 calories, I felt great!
Today I'm going to put on the heart rate monitor again and see if I can burn more like 350-400 calories!
Weekend wise I'm just going to keep trying to go walking or do something! I'm going to a dinner on Saturday night for the volunteers in my region that are leaving :( (that includes me) and then Sunday I have no idea what we'll do!
