Tuna w/ Tomatoes & Spinach
- 1 can light, water packed tuna, drained
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 2 cups spinach, diced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Italian Seasoning to liking
Heat a skillet with n on-stick spray and add in veggies. Let that cook until tomato is tender and onions are transparent. Add in tuna, olive oil & Italian seasoning. Let cook until tuna is hot. Serve with salad, crackers, cheese, avocado, as a wrap or sandwich.
